The location proved very convenient. Museums and the city center were within easy reach! Transport links were also nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. I had a big double room. It offered great space, a comfortable bed, and a good shower.

The room should be listed as "tiny" instead of "small," it reminded me of staying in a broom closet. There was not enough room to change my mind. I think this room was about 6 sq metres. The stairs to enter the hotel are steep! If carrying luggage, you must carry it up and down yourself with no help. it is a bit dangerous.

The location really worked for me (it was easy to get around from there). the staff were very helpful. i appreciated the water-filling station near the entrance. It's a thoughtful touch. we were able to check in early, fantastic after a long journey.

The kettle in the room looked a bit worn. I didn't bother trying to use it.
